Water Slide Dispatch Operator

An e-Learning course designed to educate individuals responsible loading and unloading riders onto water slides.  This course reviews in detail the specific role of the dispatch operator.  Participants will define the roles and responsibilities of dispatch operators, understand what it means to be a professional dispatch operator, and describe the basic tasks that a dispatch operator performs at every water slide to make up one normal cycle of operations.  Learn the similarities between different types of water slide attractions and understand how dispatch operators contribute to the overall risk management of a water slide operation. Participants will learn the general risks associated water slides, how to reduce those risks when working as dispatch operators and lastly describe the role of the dispatch operator in an emergency. 

Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours to complete the course content. You will need an extended period of access to an Internet connection with continous service to complete all content in the course. Your course will stream videos files and include evaluation exercises.
